Applied Psycho-Neurobiology

A Learning Retreat with Dr.Dietrich Klinghardt
Emerson College, Forest Row – Sept 1-5

In this intimate setting we will learn how to use the most effective elements of Mental Field Therapy (MFT), Co-Counselling, muscle-biofeedback counselling (PK or Psychokinesiology) and Family-Systems-Oriented Psychotherapy (Constellation “Work”) in an integrative way and method, to treat chronic illness and chronic pain. Dr Klinghardt is a Medical doctor and has developed this approach while working in the 1980s in one of the most recognized pain clinics at the time in the US, the Santa Fe Pain Centre.

It became clear, that at least 50% of the incidence and severity of chronic pain was caused by unresolved psycho-emotional conflicts or unhealed traumatic events from the past. Later on this method was expanded so it could be applied to chronic illness – and every Medical condition known today. By using elements from Eriksonian hypnotherapy, traditional counselling and Energy Psychology, Dr Klinghardt developed an effective, practical and easy-to-learn approach that earned him the sought-after worldwide recognition award from the Global Foundation of Integrative Medicine in 2007 and several other awards later on.

He published several books in the German language (1996, 2008 and 2017) and is known worldwide for his contributions, lectures and workshops. These five days will be filled with practical learning of the technique and underlying science, self-discovery and joyful being together in a group of like-minded practitioners and interested lay persons.
