Who are these sessions for?

This set of practice sessions is designed for those who have trained in A.R.T. to at least the Intermediate Level (A.R.T. 2), who wish to improve, revise and practice their skills as part of an online group. It is an ideal opportunity to practice the key skills and techniques required for the Foundation Level exams.

This is for you if you’d benefit from:

  • the opportunity to revise and clarify the basics
  • seeing the full A.R.T. flow demonstrated and having a chance to ask questions
  • practicing alongside the teachers demonstrating the techniques
  • a confidence boost that you’re doing things correctly!

Please Note: These are PRACTICE events, NOT  training events and as such are only available to those that have completed A.R.T.1  and A.R.T. 2

Price:
Each practice session is priced at £45

We’re offering a package of 4 practice sessions priced at £160 (approx US $194) giving you a saving of £20

To get the most out of these sessions please be organised and prepared:

  • See the requirements listed under the content for each session
  • Ideally you will attend in a group of 3, with an ‘arm’ and ‘body’ to hand, so that you can follow along with the demonstrations (consider engaging family members to help!)
  • Have your A.R.T. tools prepared and close to hand
  • Read through your previous course notes and refresh your memory before the sessions
  • Have note-taking equipment to hand & take notes
  • Make sure your computer is set up and your audio and camera are working (check your settings for both)

If you are unable to practice in a group of 3 for all sessions, remember the Body Scan Aid that we’ve developed can be used as you practice the A.R.T. flow. Available here
