This set of events is perfect for you if you are a beginner with the following requirements:

  • You wish to revise and clarify the basics
  • You have any come across any gaps in your understanding since the A.R.T.1 course
  • You would benefit from seeing the full A.R.T. flow demonstrated
  • You would benefit from practicing along with the demonstration
  • You need a confidence boost that you are doing the technique correctly

This is the first of a series of 3 practice events that will gradually work through A.R.T.1 Beginners method.

Please Note: This is a Practice NOT an A.R.T.1 training event and as such is only available to those that have completed an A.R.T.1 course. The content will be aimed at Beginners level attendees only so is not suitable for those looking for advanced advice.

(If this day or time does not suit please consider the alternative time/ day option of Saturdays @ 6.30pm UK London time, see separate listing HERE)

These events will be run by our highly respected practitioners Michelle Boudin and Kendra Sandford, who will demonstrate the session content live.

Michelle and Kendra have been personally trained by Dr Klinghardt and Daniela Deiosso over a number of years.

They are experts at breaking down all the small details of the method, understanding ‘what it is you don’t understand’ and making it all super clear!

Practice is of huge importance!

The practice session is therefore accessibly priced at £89 (approx US $129) for all 3 sessions.

Our online practice sessions have previously been delivered to other closed groups. The feedback we have received shows that these have proved very successful and invaluable for the participants.

To get the most out of the session please be organised and prepared:

  • Ideally you will attend in a group of 3, with an ‘arm’ and ‘body’ to hand, so that you can follow along with the demonstrations. (consider engaging family members to help if lockdown confinements are restricting you)
  • Have your A.R.T. tools prepared and close to hand
  • Read through your previous course notes and refresh yourself before the session
  • Have note-taking equipment to hand & take notes!
  • Enjoy & have fun!

If you are unable to practice in a group of 3 consider practicing along using a Body Scan Aid:

Study Aids:  Klinghardt A.R.T. Autonomic Response Testing ® Body Scan Aid

The Klinghardt Institute has created an amazing practice aid in the form of a roll-out body made from tough, durable pvc.

Use this in place of a patient when practicing your testing sequence either on your own, imagining the IBP responses, or in twos. Complete with information such as hand positioning, organs and MFT Tapping Points, this study aid will help you follow through the testing locations and progression.

Invaluable to Beginners and wonderfully useful as you progress through the system, this attractive Body Scan Aid features eyelets in each corner for easy mounting and can be hung  in your practice as a beautiful subtle prompt for the practitioner or as a practical aid for patient explanations.

Practice is crucial!

Once you’re A.R.T. flow has become second nature then you will find it easier to pick up on the subtleties of the testing and be able to fine tune your technique. Practice can be done using this test body and bit of imagination by flowing through the stages of testing.

Kendra’s journey into the Healing Arts is personal tale of recovering her family from chronic illness.  Her intimate knowledge of chronic illness and childhood disorders originated from personal obstacles and ultimately in her stumbling upon Systematic Kinesiology and completing a diploma level course.  Subsequent to that she came across the teachings of Dr. Klinghardt in the UK and has been studying with him and perfecting her ART technique for the past 5 years.  It was in this arena that she and Michelle Boudin crossed paths and began to working together, realizing that their skills, interests and experience were both complimentary and overlapping.  Kendra also has the honor of serving as Dr. Klinghardt’s Teaching Assistant in the UK.
